"I don't teach resilience as pushing through. I teach regulation to protect the body long before it breaks down."

From observation to integration
Over two decades in healthcare, observing what truly supports lasting change and sustainable nervous system regulation.
I was born in communist Romania and moved to the UK in my mid-twenties. That transition, leaving everything familiar, rebuilding from zero, taught me something profound about the nervous system's capacity for adaptation.
Over two decades in healthcare, I observed thousands of interactions between practitioners and patients. I watched what worked and what didn't. I noticed the gap between knowing what to do and actually being able to do it.
The patterns became clear: most people didn't lack information. They lacked nervous system regulation. They knew what they "should" do, but their bodies kept pulling them back to old patterns.
What I learned empirically, through observation, through my own journey, through working with real people in real situations, is that sustainable change requires more than insight. It requires integration.
My approach is preventative. I believe in building regulation before breakdown, in teaching people to read their body's signals before those signals become symptoms. This isn't about fixing what's broken, it's about strengthening what's already there.
I'm clear about what I offer and what I don't. This is education and coaching informed by healthcare experience and nervous-system aware practices. It's not therapy, not clinical treatment. And that clarity matters, because ethical practice requires knowing your scope.
What makes this different
A nervous-system aware approach
Regulation, not endurance
I don't teach resilience as pushing through. I teach regulation, so your body can protect itself long before it breaks down.
Early signals, not crisis management
The goal is to catch dysregulation early, to read your body's whispers before they become screams.
Clear scope and boundaries
I know what this is and what it isn't. Education and coaching, not therapy. Growth support, not crisis intervention.
Real-life practices
Everything I teach has to work in your actual life, not in ideal conditions, but in the messy reality of daily demands.
20+ years observing what actually helps people change
My understanding comes from real interactions, not just theory. From watching what works in practice, what helps people regulate, what supports lasting change. This empirical foundation shapes everything I offer.
